Entry-level specialist supporting business technology implementations and optimization. Responsibilities include coordinating project workstreams, gathering requirements, configuring and testing systems, managing data and access, documenting processes, training users, supporting adoption, improving workflows, coordinating vendors, and assisting with reporting and system administration. The role works across departments and with technical partners to deliver practical technology solutions and improve operational efficiency.

Provides senior technical leadership for vessel design, construction, modification, repair, refit, and maintenance projects, as well as docks, ramps, and marine infrastructure. Develops and approves engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and analyses; conducts inspections and field investigations; supports construction and commissioning; coordinates with contractors and regulatory agencies; and ensures compliance with Coast Guard, classification, building, and engineering standards.

Fabricate, assemble, install, repair, and modify piping systems and structural components on marine vessels. Duties include boat fabrication, layout and print reading, plasma and torch cutting, grinding, tacking assemblies for welding, repairing boats and yard equipment, and maintaining a safe work area in an active shipyard environment.
