The Release Manager orchestrates Agile Release Trains across software, hardware, and firmware initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating requirements, dependencies, schedules, governance approvals, risks, impediments, vendors, and stakeholders; maintaining JIRA and Confluence records; synchronizing Program Increments; and ensuring integrated capability delivery across NGA programs.

Supports Release Train Management by governing JIRA and Confluence records, enforcing documentation and workflow standards, tracking corrective actions, maintaining requirements traceability, transferring data between classified environments, educating vendors and developers, and building Tableau dashboards for status visualization. Conduct SAR imagery collection, processing, quality assessment, exploitation, and algorithm development. Analyze phenomenology, image formation, sensor metadata, RNIIRS, and SAR quality metrics; determine object-of-interest occurrence and location; develop and evaluate SAR methodologies using Python, MATLAB, and Google Earth Engine; and communicate SAR capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences.

Serves as the principal technical authority for enterprise digital engineering and model-centric intelligence. Leads systems architecture, MBSE governance, enterprise taxonomy and data-standard development, technical risk assessment, strategic technology scouting, and cross-functional coordination. Authors formal MBSE performance, feasibility, and governance reports for senior leadership. Requires expert proficiency with MBSE and SysML tools, extensive aerospace or defense simulation experience, and active TS/SCI clearance for fully onsite support.

Supports intelligence information sharing by aligning processes, technology, databases, and content management workflows. Compiles performance and usage metrics, evaluates knowledge management capabilities, disseminates intelligence products across networks and portals, and reviews analytic products for rigor, tradecraft standards, and evidentiary support. Requires extensive DoD or Intelligence Community experience, advanced SharePoint expertise, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI polygraph.

Conduct imagery analysis and multi-INT analysis using structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data. Apply advanced geospatial techniques, programming, scripting, visualization tools, and evolving analytical methodologies to produce intelligence products. Preferred experience includes developing or applying machine-learning algorithms to overhead and motion imagery. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and a current CI polygraph immediately after starting or within scope.

Lead enterprise schedule development and management across programs, projects, segments, and mission partners. Maintain integrated schedules, analyze critical paths and dependencies, perform what-if scenarios, assess schedule risks, develop mitigation plans, and present schedule status through reports, Gantt charts, and visualizations. Coordinate milestone planning, roadmaps, baselines, capability releases, and schedule data collection while providing senior-level guidance and leading personnel throughout the project lifecycle.

Serves as the principal integration authority for secure enterprise interfaces, cloud capability synchronization, cross-domain data flows, and multi-network system integration. Leads vendor coordination, interface requirements, cybersecurity compliance, API specification, outage planning, configuration transitions, and return-to-operations activities across complex mission environments. Requires extensive systems or network engineering experience and an active TS/SCI clearance for fully onsite support.

Develop and customize SharePoint solutions, including code, web parts, and workflows. Apply software development lifecycle practices; mentor junior personnel; document and report software defects; perform unit, system, functional, user acceptance, and other testing; and use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery. The role requires TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance and DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II certification.

Manages people and technical data projects while developing quantitative analyses, visualizations, ETL processes, databases, data pipelines, and cloud-based solutions. The role supports leadership, manages office actions, coordinates staff activities, and requires TS/SCI clearance and full-time onsite work.

Provides administrative and program support for NGA foreign-language testing, including administering exams, maintaining PeopleSoft records, scheduling OPIs, processing personnel actions, and safeguarding testing data. Conduct imagery analysis focused on NTM sensors, motion imagery, military installations, infrastructure, and order-of-battle assessments. Perform tasking and collection activities, produce GEOINT and FMI reports, and use RemoteView, Orchestration Services, or IEC.
