Plans and integrates enterprise logistics initiatives across DoD and Intelligence Community environments. Evaluates and improves supply chain workflows, information systems, automation, data integration, and operational processes. Develops metrics, dashboards, reports, and executive briefings; manages multi-year logistics schedules, budgets, milestones, and performance. Coordinates stakeholders and supports modernization involving RFID, barcoding, inventory systems, and automated tracking solutions.

Develops and maintains integrated enterprise schedules across programs, projects, segments, and mission partners. Performs critical path, dependency, risk, and what-if analyses; maintains schedule baselines and roadmaps; creates reports, Gantt charts, and visualizations; communicates schedule status and risks to leadership; and supports coordinated capability releases.

Leads enterprise and solution architecture design for complex government and international-partner systems. Develops architecture views, digital models, roadmaps, and DoDAF/PAG-compliant artifacts; advises senior leadership; oversees other architects; supports requirements analysis, architecture governance, and investment decisions. Uses MBSE methods to link requirements, designs, services, and systems across partner organizations. The role is fully onsite in Springfield, Virginia, and requires TS/SCI clearance eligibility and polygraph capability.
