Manage daily HR operations including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data entry (ADP, Kronos, AMG, Avigilon), policy interpretation and compliance, absence tracking, terminations processing, employee inquiries, and recordkeeping.

Supervise poultry plant production teams to meet quality and safety standards. Assign tasks, train staff, enforce GMP/HACCP/SSOP/USDA requirements, ensure PPE and sanitation, maintain paperwork, report performance, and work weekends/extended hours as needed.

Supervise daily poultry cut-up production to meet company, USDA, and quality standards. Plan workflow, train and position staff, enforce safety and sanitation, control labor and packaging efficiencies, coordinate with USDA/quality/shipping, and serve as backup to the Shift Manager.

Supervise day-to-day poultry plant operations, assign and train team members, enforce GMP/HACCP/SSOP/USDA standards and safety/PPE compliance, handle departmental paperwork, report performance to management, and act as supervisor when needed. Regular on-site presence required, including Saturdays.

Supervise and assign plant employees to ensure quality production and regulatory compliance (GMP, HACCP, SSOP, USDA). Train and report on team performance, enforce PPE and safety, set daily objectives, handle department paperwork, supervise cleanup, act as supervisor when needed, and work Saturdays in a poultry plant environment.
