Manage multi-site janitorial operations across Western and Central NC: oversee site visits, staffing, budgets, client relations, compliance, hiring/training, performance management, and incident reporting. Travel frequently and provide hands-on operational leadership.

Lead and supervise custodial staff in a manufacturing facility, ensuring cleanliness and contract standards. Plan, organize, and enforce workflows, train and motivate employees, communicate with clients and facility personnel, and promote company culture.
