Lead and supervise day-shift custodial operations for an industrial facility, ensure cleanliness standards, coordinate staff scheduling and training, maintain client communication, enforce workflows, and support departmental planning and quality expectations.

Perform general cleanroom and facility cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom servicing, mixing cleaning agents, moving heavy equipment, floor care (steam, wax, buff), reporting repairs, and following supervisor directions and schedules.

Manage commercial electrical projects from estimating through closeout. Oversee schedules, change orders, productivity, budgets, and cross-trade coordination. Build client relationships, mentor teams, ensure quality, and drive profitability and efficiency.
