Supports the CFO through complex calendar and executive office management, governance and Board committee coordination, budget and expense tracking, purchasing, correspondence, project follow-through, and cross-divisional administrative support. Handles sensitive financial and institutional information with discretion, prepares reports and meeting materials, monitors action items and transactions, and coordinates with Finance and other campus divisions. Requires strong organization, judgment, communication, quantitative skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Performs grant accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, reconciliations, invoicing, reporting, month-end and year-end close, audit support, and grant closeouts. Ensures compliance with Uniform Guidance, grant agreements, college policies, and federal requirements. Coordinates with principal investigators and Foundation and Corporate Relations staff on budgets, effort reporting, grant narratives, training, and pre- and post-award activities.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor responsible for teaching introductory through advanced computer and information science courses, developing curricula, advising students, assessing learning, participating in governance and service, and maintaining an active scholarly research agenda. The faculty member will support accreditation, recruitment, student development, and inclusive excellence while adapting instruction for online and hybrid formats.

Creates collateral, environmental graphics, event promotions, and social media designs for campus projects. Communicates with clients and stakeholders, manages project timelines, tracks work, collaborates with Marketing and Communications, and supports photo shoots and installations. The role requires visual design expertise, branding knowledge, image editing, strong organization, communication skills, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

Lead institution-wide planning, assessment, evaluation, accreditation, and regulatory reporting. Integrate data sources, develop institutional reporting systems, support curricular and program assessment, promote data-informed decision-making, and oversee data governance. Manage and mentor staff while partnering with faculty, Information Technology, committees, accreditors, and external stakeholders. Apply quantitative and qualitative research methods, statistical analysis, and tools including R to support institutional effectiveness and compliance.
