Creates collateral, environmental graphics, event promotions, and social media designs for campus projects. Communicates with clients and stakeholders, manages project timelines, tracks work, collaborates with Marketing and Communications, and supports photo shoots and installations. The role requires visual design expertise, branding knowledge, image editing, strong organization, communication skills, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

Lead institution-wide planning, assessment, evaluation, accreditation, and regulatory reporting. Integrate data sources, develop institutional reporting systems, support curricular and program assessment, promote data-informed decision-making, and oversee data governance. Manage and mentor staff while partnering with faculty, Information Technology, committees, accreditors, and external stakeholders. Apply quantitative and qualitative research methods, statistical analysis, and tools including R to support institutional effectiveness and compliance.

Teaches acting, directing, theatre, and general education courses; directs one annual theatre production; develops curricula and innovative teaching methods; assesses student learning; advises and supports students; participates in governance, service, recruitment, accreditation, and program assessment; and maintains a scholarly or creative agenda. The role may include online or hybrid teaching, evening or weekend activities, and limited administrative responsibilities.
