Defines strategy, prioritizes investments, improves member journeys, oversees incidents and compliance, and builds a high-performing digital operations organization. Requires executive leadership across digital banking, fintech partnerships, AI, third-party risk, vendor management, and regulated financial services.

Supports financial planning and analysis through budgeting, financial modeling, interest rate risk analysis, trend and variance analysis, reporting, KPI monitoring, and investment portfolio reconciliation. The role prepares financial reports and presentations, assists with audits and regulatory examinations, manages project timelines, and provides recommendations aligned with organizational goals. Strong Excel macro, database, analytical, communication, and multitasking skills are required.

Supports credit union cybersecurity operations with a focus on incident response. Monitors and triages security alerts, investigates suspicious activity, coordinates containment and remediation, preserves evidence, improves playbooks and detections, supports vulnerability response, conducts light threat hunting, and participates in on-call incident response. Collaborates with IT teams, an MDR provider, vendors, and stakeholders while applying financial-services security requirements and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.

Leads measurement, reporting, and optimization of digital channels and sales funnels across financial products. Connects campaigns, website activity, applications, and activation efforts to acquisition, conversion, product adoption, and relationship growth. Establishes KPIs, attribution, experimentation, dashboards, and test-and-learn processes; analyzes behavioral and quantitative data to identify opportunities and drive improvements. Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital Experience, Product, Data & Analytics, business leaders, and technology teams to turn insights into measurable action.

Provides first-line technical support to internal credit union personnel by answering support requests, logging tickets, troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and network issues, and escalating unresolved problems. Maintains ticket documentation, monitors open calls, prepares reports, updates the knowledgebase, installs hardware and software, supports IT projects, and tracks inventory needs. Requires strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Supports cybersecurity risk assessments, compliance activities, policy administration, security awareness, audit preparation, and program documentation. The role tracks remediation items, assists with vendor risk assessments, reviews security requests, maintains inventories of risks and controls, documents incidents, and prepares cybersecurity metrics and reporting. It requires foundational cybersecurity, risk management, governance, policy, and regulatory compliance knowledge, along with strong communication, organization, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Supports commercial lenders through financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, loan underwriting, risk grading, loan structuring, and industry research. Identifies problem loans, monitors special assets, develops exit strategies, maintains accurate loan documentation, and ensures compliance with NCUA regulations, lending policies, and BSA training requirements. Also helps refine underwriting tools, supports regulatory examinations, mentors lending staff, and represents the credit union in community and professional organizations.

Perform financial, statistical and asset/liability analyses; build budgets, projections and profitability models; conduct variance and trend analysis; prepare management and board reports and presentations; partner with cost center owners; monitor KPIs; apply data-mining to unstructured data as needed; manage special projects.

Responsible for accounting and reporting functions, ensuring timely financial statements, improving processes, and leading accounting staff while addressing complex issues.

The Fraud Manager oversees fraud prevention and detection operations, managing alerts, conducting investigations, and coordinating with internal and external partners to minimize fraud losses.

Conduct initial reviews of fraud alerts from internal systems and Financial Centers, assess account activity for suspicious behavior, document findings, escalate cases for further investigation, support reporting and prevention efforts, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain confidentiality and improve processes.
