The People Operations Manager owns HR operational infrastructure, including process design, HRIS administration, workflow automation, employee lifecycle service delivery, and case management. The role analyzes workforce and service data to identify process gaps, improve efficiency, support digital transformation, and enhance employee experience. Responsibilities include managing HR system enhancements, coordinating compensation-related workflows, optimizing onboarding and transactions, and partnering with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Supports commercial lenders through financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, loan underwriting, risk grading, loan structuring, and industry research. Identifies problem loans, monitors special assets, develops exit strategies, maintains accurate loan documentation, and ensures compliance with NCUA regulations, lending policies, and BSA training requirements. Also helps refine underwriting tools, supports regulatory examinations, mentors lending staff, and represents the credit union in community and professional organizations.

Perform financial, statistical and asset/liability analyses; build budgets, projections and profitability models; conduct variance and trend analysis; prepare management and board reports and presentations; partner with cost center owners; monitor KPIs; apply data-mining to unstructured data as needed; manage special projects.
