Lead enterprise Salesforce sales in Israel, owning full deal lifecycle for Professional and Managed Services. Build C-level relationships, define scope, negotiate MSAs/SOWs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive upsell and long-term account growth across large, multi-phase digital transformation programs.

Gather and analyze customer business requirements, configure and implement Salesforce for Sales, Service, Partner, and Operations teams. Deliver and QA projects, allocate tasks and timelines, apply Salesforce best practices, and support implementations and integrations.

Lead Salesforce implementations by gathering requirements, authoring user stories, configuring declarative solutions, managing Force.com development and integrations, migrating data, directing UAT, and delivering end-user training while guiding engagement teams.

Design, build, and automate complex AWS cloud environments using IaC and container platforms. Implement CI/CD, monitoring, and centralized logging; troubleshoot issues; collaborate with customers to deliver tailored, scalable solutions.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions. Implement platform components, drive engineering best practices, collaborate with product and business teams, lead end-to-end AI system development from research to production, and follow AWS best practices.

Design, build, and deploy Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, LWC and integrations. Translate requirements into scalable, tested implementations, manage sandboxes, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders and customers.

Lead discovery, design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Translate business requirements into scalable designs, produce SDD/FRD, apply architecture and integration best practices, mentor junior consultants, drive Agile project delivery, and perform QA and ongoing support.

Lead Salesforce implementation projects: gather and prioritize business requirements, design solutions, configure Salesforce per SOW, create and manage project documentation, set deadlines, coordinate with clients and success teams, and support launch and adoption.

Lead and deliver complex Salesforce consulting projects: manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders and teams using Agile. Act as client liaison, drive change management, and ensure on-time, on-budget results while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Design and present tailored Salesforce solutions in pre-sales: lead discovery, architect multi-cloud (Data Cloud, MuleSoft, CPQ, AI) roadmaps, build PoCs/demos, create SOWs/proposals, and hand off to delivery while representing AllCloud at events.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AWS and Generative AI programs, manage budgets and resources, author BRDs, oversee integrations and security/compliance, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and track KPIs across enterprise and defense environments.

Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for German/DACH teams: advise managers on organization, culture, employee relations, change management, career development, compensation benchmarking, and compliance with DACH labor law while collaborating with global HR, finance, legal, and IT.
