Teams at Allcat Claims Service

Provides administrative and operational support to claims and field adjusting teams. Responsibilities include managing claim information, handling calls, obtaining documentation, maintaining reports and spreadsheets, monitoring follow-ups, supporting catastrophe operations, and escalating issues. The role requires accurate multitasking, professional communication, adaptability, and collaboration in a fast-paced in-office environment.

Review incoming residential dwelling estimates for accuracy and carrier-specific compliance, provide feedback to independent adjusters, support catastrophe and surge events, use estimating tools (Cotality/Symbility), and maintain accurate claim file documentation.

The Business Analyst will gather business requirements, liaise between users and developers, create documentation, and conduct testing.
