The Business Analyst will gather business requirements, liaise between users and developers, create documentation, and conduct testing.

Review incoming residential dwelling estimates for accuracy and carrier-specific compliance, provide feedback to independent adjusters, support catastrophe and surge events, use estimating tools (Cotality/Symbility), and maintain accurate claim file documentation.

Manage core HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, compliance with employment laws, employee relations support, team leadership, HR reporting, and process automation to improve HR workflows and reporting for leadership.
