The role is fully remote outside the U.S. and requires independent work, strong communication, and at least one year of medical billing experience.

Develop and ship full-stack features for patient-facing applications, AI-powered health tools, and healthcare integrations. Build event-driven systems, write maintainable code, collaborate with product, design, clinical, and data teams, participate in code reviews, and improve production reliability and performance. The role requires strong modern programming skills, frontend and backend development experience, API and database knowledge, and familiarity with cloud platforms.

Manage credentialing and payer enrollment operations as the organization scales. Build compliant, efficient workflows; oversee credentialing committees, provider data, vendors, payer relationships, SLAs, quality controls, and documentation. Lead U.S. and international specialists, establish performance standards, train staff, resolve payer and claims issues cross-functionally, and partner with product and engineering teams on automation and AI-enabled processes.

Manage provider data integrity, payer directory accuracy, roster reconciliation, enrollment and credentialing applications, and payer-related escalations. Research payer policies, investigate denial root causes, maintain documentation, and coordinate with Revenue Cycle and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The role is fully remote and supports contracting and credentialing across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers.

Own payer enrollment, contracting, and credentialing operations by investigating stalled applications, maintaining SOPs and trackers, implementing quality controls, monitoring pipeline metrics, and escalating blockers. Follow up with payers through phone, email, and portals to resolve deficiencies and secure approvals. Partner with revenue cycle and payer strategy teams on process improvements and strategic initiatives in a remote, multi-state healthcare environment.

Own growth analytics and marketing measurement across acquisition channels, attribution, funnels, onboarding, and creative performance. Maintain trustworthy event tracking and reporting across Amplitude, Metabase, Snowflake, and OursPrivacy; reconcile advertising and internal data; analyze CAC, conversion, and patient outcomes; support A/B tests and incrementality studies; and translate findings into actionable recommendations for Growth, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Own end-to-end product design for Allara’s patient experience across web and mobile. Develop design vision, apply shared design systems, collaborate with product and engineering, conduct user research and usability testing, and use data and feedback to guide decisions. The role partners with clinical stakeholders, supports high-quality product delivery, and helps scale the design team while mentoring junior designers as needed.

Leads end-to-end clinical provider network operations, including credentialing, licensing, payer enrollment, onboarding, performance management, capacity planning, compensation, and offboarding. Builds scalable operational systems, dashboards, knowledge management, and automation to support rapid provider growth.
