Own full-cycle recruiting for non-clinical corporate roles across Operations, Clinical Operations, and other functions. Partner with hiring managers, source candidates through creative channels, manage evergreen requisitions, maintain talent pipelines, and deliver inclusive candidate experiences. Use Ashby to manage recruiting workflows, reporting, dashboards, and hiring metrics while supporting high-growth startup hiring needs.

Develop and ship full-stack features for patient-facing applications, AI-powered health tools, and healthcare integrations. Build event-driven systems, write maintainable code, collaborate with product, design, clinical, and data teams, participate in code reviews, and improve production reliability and performance. The role requires strong modern programming skills, frontend and backend development experience, API and database knowledge, and familiarity with cloud platforms.

Own growth analytics and marketing measurement across acquisition channels, attribution, funnels, onboarding, and creative performance. Maintain trustworthy event tracking and reporting across Amplitude, Metabase, Snowflake, and OursPrivacy; reconcile advertising and internal data; analyze CAC, conversion, and patient outcomes; support A/B tests and incrementality studies; and translate findings into actionable recommendations for Growth, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
