Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles across Engineering, Product, Operations, Marketing, and other functions. Partner with hiring managers, manage requisitions and pipelines in Ashby, build talent networks within the NYC tech ecosystem, create compelling outreach, ensure inclusive candidate experiences, and deliver hiring metrics, reporting, and dashboards. The recruiter will also coach hiring managers on consistent, equitable hiring practices and support high-growth startup hiring.

Leads end-to-end clinical provider network operations, including credentialing, licensing, payer enrollment, onboarding, performance management, capacity planning, compensation, and offboarding. Builds scalable operational systems, dashboards, knowledge management, and automation to support rapid provider growth. Partners across clinical, recruiting, product, growth, and payer operations while managing functional teams, improving efficiency, and delivering actionable insights and financial performance.

Manage credentialing and payer enrollment operations as the organization scales. Build compliant, efficient workflows; oversee credentialing committees, provider data, vendors, payer relationships, SLAs, quality controls, and documentation. Lead U.S. and international specialists, establish performance standards, train staff, resolve payer and claims issues cross-functionally, and partner with product and engineering teams on automation and AI-enabled processes.
