Supervise daily production operations, coordinate staffing and equipment, maintain safety and quality standards, and meet production goals. Lead, train, coach, and evaluate production employees while addressing performance issues. Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and shipping teams, maintain production records, conduct safety inspections, minimize equipment downtime, and support Lean/Kaizen process improvements. The role requires working in a warehouse and production environment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working overtime, weekends, and off shifts as needed.

Support operations and production by improving manufacturing workflows, performing DFM reviews, developing processes, troubleshooting bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions, validating CNC programming/tooling, designing jigs/fixtures, supporting new product launches, and maintaining manufacturing documentation and BOMs.
