Outside sales role managing a Bay Area dealer territory for a window and door manufacturer. Drive sales growth, support dealers, architects, and contractors, provide product consultations, attend tradeshows and trainings, manage orders and expense budgets, and perform territory administrative tasks while meeting sales targets.

Oversee and coordinate daily production line activities for custom window and door manufacturing. Supervise and train production workers, enforce safety and quality standards, monitor schedules and output, maintain production records, support continuous improvement and 5S, assist with machine start-up/maintenance, and communicate with QA, Maintenance, and Shipping to ensure efficient workflow.

Supervise daily production operations to meet goals, enforce safety and quality, manage staffing and training, coordinate with maintenance/quality/shipping, maintain records, lead continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen), and minimize equipment downtime.

Support operations and production by improving manufacturing workflows, performing DFM reviews, developing processes, troubleshooting bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions, validating CNC programming/tooling, designing jigs/fixtures, supporting new product launches, and maintaining manufacturing documentation and BOMs.
