Oversee and coordinate daily production line activities for custom window and door manufacturing. Supervise and train production workers, enforce safety and quality standards, monitor schedules and output, maintain production records, support continuous improvement and 5S, assist with machine start-up/maintenance, and communicate with QA, Maintenance, and Shipping to ensure efficient workflow.

Supervise daily production operations to meet goals, enforce safety and quality, manage staffing and training, coordinate with maintenance/quality/shipping, maintain records, lead continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen), and minimize equipment downtime.

Manage product portfolio for custom windows and doors: develop and implement new products, prototype (3D printing/CNC), perform testing/validation, manage ERP deliverables, lead change management, collaborate across departments and with suppliers, and present to leadership.
