Own performance and production support for proprietary trading systems, diagnosing live issues across order entry, market data, execution, risk, and infrastructure. Build monitoring, dashboards, alerting, and automation; lead incident response, postmortems, and preventative engineering. Collaborate with traders and developers to translate trading needs into technical designs and improve platform reliability and performance.

Prepare monthly internal management reporting and external IFRS reports, ensure accuracy and timeliness, improve internal controls and reporting processes, standardize reporting tools (Excel, Exact), and support annual tax return preparation and audits.
