Responsibilities include incident coordination using NIMS/ICS, developing IAPs, managing resources and situational awareness, supporting recovery and after-action reviews, and operating in high-tempo disaster environments.

Provide strategic advisory and program management for large-scale FEMA disaster recovery efforts. Oversee development of FEMA Public Assistance Project Worksheets, lead multi-disciplinary recovery teams, coordinate cross-sector recovery activities, ensure compliance with FEMA policies, support grant management and project tracking, and brief senior government stakeholders.
