Manage quality workflows between internal development and external CMOs, ensure GMP compliance, approve/reject product and quality documentation, review deviations and batch records, and lead small teams on complex projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support the Talent Acquisition team by scheduling interviews (virtual and in-person), managing candidate communications, initiating background checks, preparing electronic offers, updating Oracle Recruiting Cloud, maintaining applicant files, owning onboarding and processing in Oracle Fusion, coordinating candidate travel and relocation/immigration support, assisting HR operations and events, and performing general administrative duties.

Support Procurement Center of Excellence with procurement analysis, data management, SAP/S2P subject-matter expertise, supplier performance management, P2P process support, SOX compliance, spend analytics, and project tracking to drive efficiency and compliance.
