Responsibilities include identifying and closing six-figure deals with C-level banking executives, consultative selling, managing complex sales cycles, building strategic relationships, maintaining pipeline accuracy, collaborating with internal teams, and exceeding sales quotas.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Alkami's marketing products. Define roadmap, embed AI-driven personalization and audience intelligence, partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and revenue, recruit and develop product managers, and deliver scalable SaaS marketing and analytics solutions for financial institutions.

Drives complex new sales, expansions, renewals, and strategic opportunities across an assigned territory or portfolio. Manages complete enterprise sales cycles, executive client relationships, forecasting, negotiations, pricing, legal and risk discussions, and cross-functional deal execution. Identifies growth opportunities, mitigates deal risks, analyzes territory performance, and contributes to sales effectiveness, peer guidance, and onboarding. Requires strong fintech knowledge, consultative selling expertise, quota attainment, and pipeline management.

Develop and execute high-impact, multi-channel content supporting brand, demand generation, product marketing, and thought leadership. Manage editorial calendars, create and edit diverse content assets, guide subject matter experts, maintain brand and regulatory standards, optimize content for SEO and engagement, analyze performance metrics, improve workflows, and responsibly use AI tools. Collaborate with marketing, legal, compliance, investor relations, and other internal teams.

Design and build backend services, REST APIs, and integrations for bank administrators and customers. Apply domain-driven design and microservice architecture, write well-tested, documented code, and participate in system design, code reviews, and agile SCRUM processes. Integrate with third-party services such as Plaid and SendGrid.

Build and lead Alkami's Business Value function: create value-selling methodology, ROI models, and tooling; partner on top platform deals; enable AEs and directors; extend value tracking into post-sale success; and hire and develop a high-performing value engineering team to drive wins, larger deals, renewals, and growth.

Serve as the primary consultative partner for a complex portfolio of financial institution clients using Alkami's Data & Marketing solution. Drive strategy, analyze usage and campaign results, deliver QBRs, build success plans, maintain multi-threaded relationships, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate internal stakeholders, and ensure retention and measurable ROI. Travel up to 25%.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team to deliver scalable, cloud-native SaaS features. Hands-on coding (20–30%), drive architecture, observability, CI/CD, incident response, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Product, Security, and Operations to meet KPIs and business outcomes.

Provide L2 application support for Alkami's ACH Alert Fraud Prevention platform: triage and resolve customer-reported issues, analyze logs and run SQL queries, manage SLAs and escalations, document resolutions, validate releases, participate in on-call rotations, monitor environments, and perform root-cause analysis to improve processes and client experience.

Lead front-end-focused full‑stack development for a multi‑tenant SaaS online banking platform. Build reusable component libraries, migrate legacy UI, optimize UI performance, troubleshoot across front-end and service layers, participate in on‑call rotations, mentor junior engineers, and ensure API‑first integrations and cloud‑native deployments.

Implement and deliver Alkami's enterprise banking software, lead technical integrations with bank cores and third-party vendors, provide client-facing technical consulting, troubleshoot and support environments, audit client launches, document solutions, and share technical knowledge to scale the Technical Consulting organization.

Lead and scale Alkami's reseller-driven channel ecosystem to drive revenue. Own team quota, optimize core provider relationships, recruit and enable resellers, manage partner-sourced pipeline and joint sales motions, and lead a channel sales team while aligning cross-functionally to resolve channel conflict and refine GTM strategy.
