Design intuitive, scalable account-opening experiences for banks and credit unions within the MANTL product. Partner with Product and Engineering to define user problems, develop research-backed solutions, contribute to the shared design system, and ship high-quality products. Conduct and synthesize user research, prototype in modern design tools, present design decisions, and collaborate within an agile product development team.

Leads the design, development, deployment, maintenance, and support of scalable web applications. Build and own Alkami’s next-generation sales demo tooling across front-end and back-end systems. Partner with Sales Engineering, Sales Leadership, Product, and Engineering to identify gaps, develop API- and SDK-based tools, evaluate technical stacks, and improve sales win rates. Provide technical expertise during complex financial-services deals, coach Sales Engineers, communicate technical value to senior stakeholders, and champion AI-assisted development workflows.

Leads and closes complex enterprise sales opportunities with banks, credit unions, and financial institutions. Develops multi-year account and territory strategies, engages C-suite and board stakeholders, structures complex commercial agreements, drives forecasting and quota attainment, influences go-to-market strategy, and collaborates with Product and executive leadership. The role also mentors sales professionals, performs platform demonstrations, and travels as needed to support strategic territory development.

Develop backend services and APIs that streamline client activation and production onboarding.
