Lead and scale Alkami's reseller-driven channel ecosystem to drive revenue. Own team quota, optimize core provider relationships, recruit and enable resellers, manage partner-sourced pipeline and joint sales motions, and lead a channel sales team while aligning cross-functionally to resolve channel conflict and refine GTM strategy.

Lead a cross-functional Scrum team to define, prioritize, and deliver commercial payments features (ACH, wires, RTP) for Treasury Management products. Capture requirements, own the backlog, run Agile ceremonies, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and drive go-to-market and user adoption.

Design, build, and maintain data lakes, data warehouses, and end-to-end data pipelines for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Lead code and design reviews, write infrastructure-as-code, optimize performance and scalability, participate in data governance, mentor junior engineers, evaluate new technologies, automate tests, collaborate cross-functionally, and join on-call rotation to ensure reliable data delivery.
