Teams at Alkami

Lead and mentor a team of full‑stack/backend engineers building integrations, identity verification, SSO, account opening, funding/ACH pipelines, and a public API platform. Drive architecture and delivery, champion quality and reliability, partner with Product and Implementation on roadmap and escalations, and remain hands‑on to guide technical decisions and ship production software.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues across Alkami's platform by analyzing logs, running SQL queries, and managing tickets to SLA. Escalate complex problems, assist lower-level engineers, document resolutions, support releases and deployments, participate in on-call rotations, monitor environments, and perform root cause analysis to improve system reliability and client experience.

Lead the Central Region Client Sales team to grow add-on sales with existing Alkami clients. Develop territory strategy, coach sales executives, negotiate and close deals, build pipelines with financial institutions, attend trade shows, and travel to meet prospects and clients. Report to VP of Client Sales.
