Manage project plans, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and transition to post-launch support while driving process improvements and client satisfaction.

Configure and validate backend systems for bank and credit union implementations. Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations, work with APIs and integrations, document decisions, test pre-GA functionality, and partner with implementation, activation, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful deployments.
