Sets up and operates CNC milling and turning centers, including 5-6 axis machines, to manufacture precise parts from blueprints and specifications. Selects tooling, workholding, feeds, and speeds; performs mathematical calculations and precision inspections; documents production in an ERP system; maintains equipment and safety standards; and supports continuous improvement and development of machining methods for complex parts.

Directs manufacturing and packaging operations, including production scheduling, staffing, cost control, inventory, materials, equipment maintenance, safety, quality, compliance, and delivery performance. Leads lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and capital improvement initiatives. Supervises production personnel, manages employee relations and performance, forecasts capacity and resource needs, and ensures compliance with company, OSHA, and regulatory standards.

Manages customer relationships, service, satisfaction, sales pipelines, quoting, and opportunity tracking for an ALIGN Business Unit. Serves as a primary customer contact and escalation point, coordinates with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Estimating, and supports business development and growth strategies. Leads customer concern resolution involving quality, delivery, pricing, and contracts. Supervises customer-facing and technical staff, supports customer visits, and uses data to inform pricing, budgets, and customer strategies.

Translate CATIA V5 design models into 3- to 5-axis CNC toolpaths for large gantry aerospace structures. Build manufacturing models, simulate and verify programs, optimize toolpaths and tooling for aluminum, titanium, and composites, support first-article setup and on-machine troubleshooting, maintain AS9100-compliant documentation, and collaborate with engineering, tooling, and quality teams to meet GD&T and inspection standards.
