Build manufacturing models, simulate and verify programs, optimize toolpaths and tooling for aluminum, titanium, and composites, support first-article setup and on-machine troubleshooting, maintain AS9100-compliant documentation, and collaborate with engineering, tooling, and quality teams to meet GD&T and inspection standards.

Develop, test, and optimize 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC programs in Mastercam for large gantry machining of aerostructure components. Verify toolpaths (Vericut), select tooling and fixturing, support first-article setups, collaborate with engineering/quality to meet GD&T and AS9100 standards, troubleshoot on-machine issues, and participate in DFM and continuous improvement.
