Lead and oversee regional commercial construction safety programs, develop policies and training, perform audits and incident investigations, track safety metrics (TRIR, EMR, DART), liaise with regulators and insurers, mentor safety staff, integrate safety into preconstruction and execution, and travel regularly to job sites across San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles.

Support implementation of BIM/VDC processes and tools across projects: create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings, perform clash detection and issue tracking, develop construction-ready documentation, manage federated models, collaborate with design teams and trade partners, conduct site verification, and help teams adopt BIM workflows and standards.

Develop and refine proposals, RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, and client interview presentations. Translate technical project details into persuasive narratives and visuals, manage a pursuits asset library, and ensure all deliverables align with brand standards while meeting tight deadlines.

Provide executive leadership across a portfolio of commercial construction projects, driving accountability, cost control, risk management, schedules, and client relationships. Mentor project managers, oversee budgeting and change management, review executive reports, ensure safety and quality, and support business development to deliver complex projects successfully.

Manage administrative and financial project functions including subcontractor agreements, billings, job cost audits, certified payroll (LCPTracker), insurance compliance, project file integrity, timecard review, and reporting using Procore and Sage Intacct.

Lead commercial construction projects from planning through closeout: manage teams, schedules, budgets, risk and contracts, mentor engineers, produce progress reports, and maintain client relationships while ensuring safety and quality.

Lead MEP systems across multiple commercial construction projects: review designs, manage BIM coordination and clash detection, oversee submittals/RFIs/change orders, supervise commissioning/TAB and system start-up, ensure code and OSHPD/HCAI compliance, coordinate with project teams and trade partners, and support turnover documentation and owner training.

Support Project Manager and Superintendent on commercial construction projects by managing RFIs, submittals, procurement, scheduling, Procore documentation, project logs, cost reporting, meetings, site logistics, coordination with architects/engineers/subcontractors, and leading closeout activities.
