Leads commercial construction projects from planning through completion, managing project teams, contracts, risk, costs, schedules, billings, forecasting, change orders, safety, and client relationships. The role mentors Project Engineers, coordinates with superintendents, communicates project impacts to owners, interprets construction plans and specifications, and ensures quality workmanship and successful delivery.

Leads multiple complex commercial construction projects at the executive level, overseeing project teams, risk management, contracts, insurance, cost controls, schedules, safety, reporting, and client relationships. Mentors project managers and engineers, drives accountability and process improvement, supports business development, and ensures successful portfolio delivery. Requires extensive commercial construction experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project.

Develop and refine proposals, RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, and client interview presentations. Translate technical project details into persuasive narratives and visuals, manage a pursuits asset library, and ensure all deliverables align with brand standards while meeting tight deadlines.
