Lead technical planning and execution of ERP deployment and cutover activities, support UAT, manage environments and data migration, develop runbooks and rollback plans, coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, and provide Go-Live decision support to minimize downtime.

Lead development and delivery of training for the college's R3 student information ecosystem (Thesis SM, Thesis Portal, Infosilem). Assess training needs, build programs, recruit and support Portal Pathfinders, deliver onsite training and just-in-time support, and evaluate program performance to drive adoption.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and complex RFP processes, negotiate major contracts, manage vendor relationships, support facilities procurement and campus projects, implement process improvements and provide training and mentorship to procurement staff.

Lead and manage operation and maintenance of structural, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure. Oversee CAFM-based asset management, health and safety, preventive maintenance, vendor/contractor performance, budget forecasting and capital projects. Ensure compliance with TSSA, ESA, OBC, NFPA and provincial regulations, drive continuous improvement, mentor technical staff, and support short- and long-term facility planning.

Develop curriculum, lab exercises, and assessments for an Electronics and Embedded Systems Development graduate certificate. Collaborate with Learning and Teaching Services and the Academic Chair to create theory, hands-on projects, and evaluations across six embedded systems courses. Support student success and may be considered for future teaching roles.
