Manage development and delivery of college-wide R3 training, create eLearning and job aids, lead a team of analysts and developers, coordinate vendor knowledge transfer, schedule business process walkthroughs and SIS training, and support student portal resources to ensure adoption of the new Student Information System.

Lead and manage creative technology resources for academic programs, including planning, procurement, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of labs and production spaces. Supervise technologists and student staff, drive industry engagement and interdisciplinary projects, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure alignment with evolving industry standards and academic priorities.

Lead end-to-end development of funding proposals for research and advancement, coordinate multi-stakeholder submissions, build reusable content and funding pipelines, ensure compliance, and use modern research/writing tools to improve proposal quality and timeliness.

Administer and optimize the College's Salesforce Education Cloud, gather and translate business requirements into solutions, configure platform features, support governance and DevOps (Copado), produce reports and dashboards, deliver user training and documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders and developers to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Senior hands-on role to design, develop, administer, and enhance Algonquin College's Salesforce environment. Responsibilities include Apex and LWC development, Flows, integrations, data management, platform administration, governance, Copado DevOps, stakeholder analysis, testing, deployment, and user enablement to support Education Cloud and enterprise solutions.

Develop curriculum, lab exercises, and assessments for an Electronics and Embedded Systems Development graduate certificate. Collaborate with Learning and Teaching Services and the Academic Chair to create theory, hands-on projects, and evaluations across six embedded systems courses. Support student success and may be considered for future teaching roles.
