Teams at Algonquin College

Manage development and delivery of college-wide R3 training, create eLearning and job aids, lead a team of analysts and developers, coordinate vendor knowledge transfer, schedule business process walkthroughs and SIS training, and support student portal resources to ensure adoption of the new Student Information System.

Lead and manage creative technology resources for academic programs, including planning, procurement, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of labs and production spaces. Supervise technologists and student staff, drive industry engagement and interdisciplinary projects, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure alignment with evolving industry standards and academic priorities.

Administer and optimize the College's Salesforce Education Cloud, gather and translate business requirements into solutions, configure platform features, support governance and DevOps (Copado), produce reports and dashboards, deliver user training and documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders and developers to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
