Leads corporate accounting across multiple entities, including monthly close, consolidation, audits, tax compliance, lender reporting, treasury controls, and complex technical accounting. Oversees external audits, sales tax nexus, debt and covenant reporting, and financial statement preparation. Manages the corporate accounting team, owns NetSuite and close systems, improves processes through automation and SOPs, and partners with Treasury, FP&A, and Property Accounting on financing and strategic initiatives.
