Coordinates the Village Small Groups Ministry’s facilitators, communications, schedules, rosters, inbox, training, events, and apprenticeship program. Responsibilities include onboarding and supporting facilitators, managing calendars and distribution lists, coordinating events and retreats, handling room and technology requests, administering mentor-apprentice matching and progress tracking, and overseeing projects, timelines, resources, and budgets. The role is full-time, onsite, and requires weekend availability for event support.

Manage ASBC's travel and expense program (SAP Concur), vendor relationships, and travel logistics for events. Administer background checks, coordinate office space and onboarding setup, produce training and SOPs, audit expense compliance, and partner with Finance and Facilities to improve processes and ensure policy adherence.
