Supports the accounting team by processing accounts payable invoices, reconciling purchase orders, receipts, vendor statements, and open balances, obtaining invoice approvals, managing the AP inbox, and processing weekly payments through checks, ACH, EFT, and wires. Provides accounts receivable support, assists with inventory investigations, and maintains state compliance across 15 states. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, Microsoft Office expertise, and 1–2 years of direct AP and AR experience.
