Teams at Alerus

Supports wealth advisors by onboarding clients, coordinating financial products and services, managing account transactions and maintenance, maintaining compliant documentation, responding to client inquiries, and reviewing account health. Collaborates with internal specialists to meet client financial goals and mentors other Wealth Associates.

Leads the enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, architecture, operations, incident response, resilience, and security awareness programs. Oversees security teams, budgets, third-party providers, audits, regulatory examinations, and remediation. Advises executives, the Board, and regulators on cyber risk, emerging threats, and digital resilience while building a mature information security program for a regulated financial institution.

Sell and service commercial deposit and treasury management products; partner with business advisors on client calls, proposals, onboarding, pricing, and cross-sell opportunities; maintain Salesforce pipeline; train advisors and ensure smooth client transitions and excellent client experience.
