Support change initiatives across retirement and benefits by creating clear change communications, training materials, and enablement artifacts; coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals; monitor feedback and basic effectiveness metrics; maintain templates and content libraries to drive adoption and protect client experience.

Support SEI wealth platform back-office operations and firm-specific wealth management processes. Ensure timely, accurate trade settlement, income posting, tax document production, corporate action processing, client statement distribution, transaction processing, and cash/house account reconciliations while partnering with investment and sales teams and supporting audits.

Manage and maintain commercial deposit accounts, ensuring compliance and coordinating with internal teams to provide optimal client service. Responsibilities include account opening, documentation review, and workflow management.
