The Senior Applied AI Engineer will build and enhance backend services using Python, working closely with data, infrastructure, and APIs to meet customer needs while ensuring system performance and reliability.

Design, operate, and automate global network and reliability infrastructure for large-scale ML workloads and a private supercomputer. Own device configuration management, protocols (BGP, VPNs, WAN), datacenter fabrics, monitoring/SLOs, incident response, security/compliance, and cross-team reliability improvements.

Manage day-to-day office operations and lead a major office expansion: coordinate contractors, landlord, budgets, access, security, supplies, and logistics. Source and manage vendors, assist with SaaS/tools audit, run company events, handle office logistics and basic IT/facilities triage, and own rotating operational projects to scale the company.

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will design and maintain scalable infrastructure, improve system reliability, manage CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate across teams for operational excellence.

Build and qualify top-of-funnel pipelines for hard technical searches (engineering and science). Conduct market mapping, channel development, personalized outreach, and first-round qualification. Validate pipelines with hiring managers, convert outreach to screens, and create lasting talent infrastructure: pools, nurture sequences, tracking, and new channels.

Own and close 6-8 full-cycle technical searches (backend, SRE, data engineering), partner with engineering leaders, run structured hiring with scorecards and fast feedback, and close multiple high-bar technical hires while building hiring processes and pipelines.

Own corporate IT end-to-end: employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), device and identity management, first-line internal support, partner with Engineering and Security, and script/automate provisioning and routine work to scale IT.

The Research Engineer will design and implement innovative approaches to marketing measurement, build production systems, and develop algorithms to solve complex marketing attribution problems.
