Own Alembic’s commercial legal function, including enterprise SaaS contracts, data-processing agreements, security exhibits, NDAs, partnerships, infrastructure procurement, and data-protection matters. Build contracting templates, fallback positions, escalation paths, and legal processes that accelerate sales.
