Validate pipelines with hiring managers, convert outreach to screens, and create lasting talent infrastructure: pools, nurture sequences, tracking, and new channels.

Own and close 6-8 full-cycle technical searches (backend, SRE, data engineering), partner with engineering leaders, run structured hiring with scorecards and fast feedback, and close multiple high-bar technical hires while building hiring processes and pipelines.

Own corporate IT end-to-end: employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), device and identity management, first-line internal support, partner with Engineering and Security, and script/automate provisioning and routine work to scale IT.
