Own Alembic’s commercial legal function, including enterprise SaaS contracts, data-processing agreements, security exhibits, NDAs, partnerships, infrastructure procurement, and data-protection matters. Build contracting templates, fallback positions, escalation paths, and legal processes that accelerate sales. Advise on AI regulation, GDPR, CCPA, strategic transactions, financing, vendor agreements, and customer security reviews while partnering directly with Sales, Finance, Security, Infrastructure, and corporate leadership.

Own end-to-end technical implementation and onboarding for enterprise B2B SaaS customers, from kickoff through go-live. Manage project plans, data integrations, documentation, customer communication, implementation metrics, and handoffs to ongoing customer success. Troubleshoot data pipelines, coordinate with engineering and product, remove implementation roadblocks, and build scalable methodologies that reduce time-to-value. The role requires strong SQL and data integration skills, enterprise stakeholder management, and regular onsite work with Chicago-area customers.

Build and maintain scalable infrastructure for real-time analytics and machine learning workloads. Improve reliability through automation, observability, capacity planning, CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure as code. The role partners with engineering and data science teams, manages cloud infrastructure security and compliance, leads post-incident analysis, and supports operational readiness. This is an onsite position in Dunwoody, Georgia.
