Generate qualified appointments and MRR by prospecting (calls, emails, social), researching with ZoomInfo, and using HubSpot to track leads. Qualify prospects, set meetings with decision-makers, coordinate handoffs to Account Executives, attend networking events, and maintain sales process and accurate CRM records.

Execute technical project tasks (O365 migrations, server builds, network and security deployments), troubleshoot independently, communicate with clients, update documentation, collaborate with PMs, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage a portfolio of MSP client accounts as the liaison between technical teams and executive sponsors. Own account health, lead update and planning meetings, support roadmapping and upsell identification, maintain CRM and documentation, coordinate internal teams for delivery, and provide proactive communication and performance visibility.

Hunt and close new-business opportunities for an MSP, selling managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and consulting services. Build relationships, prospect, deliver proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, attend industry events, and ensure smooth handoffs to internal teams while tracking activities in CRM.

Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social outreach) to generate MRR, qualify leads, set appointments with decision-makers, maintain HubSpot CRM records, coordinate handoffs to Account Executives, and represent Aldridge at networking events.

Provide end-user technical support including Active Directory management, workstation builds, printer and email troubleshooting, application assistance, new user onboarding/offboarding, and ticket management; meet utilization goals and occasionally travel onsite (up to 50%).

Manage an MSP technical support team to meet SLAs/CSAT, oversee ticketing workflows, resolve escalations, coach staff, report performance, coordinate client communications during incidents, and drive continuous service improvements.

Serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of clients, monitor account health, lead update and planning meetings, support roadmap alignment and upsell opportunities, coordinate service lifecycles and internal teams, maintain CRM and documentation, and drive client satisfaction and performance visibility.

Provide escalated remote and onsite technical support for complex issues across networking, servers, firewalls, cloud (Azure), Active Directory, and applications. Diagnose, resolve, and document problems, prioritize multiple tickets, follow up with clients, and contribute to best practices. Support requires occasional onsite work within the Monroe area and collaboration with support teams.

Onsite network engineer providing primary networking support at a single client site: administer and troubleshoot routed/switched environments, wireless, DNS/DHCP, firewall handoff, and VM/backups. Perform root-cause analysis, documentation, escalation, and coordinate remediation with vendors and internal teams. Support adjacent infrastructure (VMware, backups, servers) and ensure change validation and recovery readiness.
