The role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, ensures Gateway compliance, maintains integrated programmes, drives planning standardization and continuous improvement, champions digital and AI-enabled reporting tools, and develops portfolio planning team capability. It is office-based in Abu Dhabi with periodic site visits.

Leads independent commercial assurance across an investment portfolio by reviewing business cases, feasibility studies, financial models, commercial decisions, and investment readiness. Provides scenario analysis, benchmarks markets and costs, identifies risks and value opportunities, supports governance gateways and investment committees, and delivers executive recommendations. The role also leads capability development, standardizes assurance methodologies, and improves commercial governance, reporting, and analytical processes.

The VP of Customer Operations oversees and scales the loyalty operations strategy, ensuring high-quality customer experiences across various touchpoints. Responsibilities include managing service delivery, operational excellence, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement and team development.
