Leads the design, development, and scaling of enterprise business intelligence capabilities. Personally builds executive Tableau dashboards, architects governed self-service analytics, develops dimensional data models, and establishes BI standards, semantic layers, and metric frameworks. Uses advanced SQL and Python for transformations and analytics automation. Mentors BI developers, drives dashboard adoption and data literacy, and serves as the technical authority for BI architecture, governance, performance, and trusted enterprise reporting.

Designs, develops, evaluates, and productionizes machine learning and AI solutions using Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks. Translates business problems into data science projects, builds scalable and explainable models, conducts experiments, and supports AI governance and Model Risk Management. Collaborates with product, engineering, analytics, and data quality teams to deploy models, monitor performance, ensure data governance, and communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders.

Leads organization development, organization design, workforce planning, position management, and change initiatives. Partners with senior leaders on organizational diagnostics, restructuring, M&A, joint ventures, and spin-offs. Develops the OD AI roadmap and implements LLMs, AI agents, automation, Orgvue, and predictive analytics to improve workforce planning and decision-making. Oversees manpower budgeting, position governance, HR records, job descriptions, and OD methodologies.
