Design and run employee experience, engagement, and culture programs. Lead engagement surveys and action plans. Create and deliver manager and leadership development. Support talent development, succession planning, recognition, and change initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to measure impact and align programs with organizational priorities and mission.

Provide daily social, educational, and recreational services to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Plan and lead community-based outings, employment-readiness activities, and skills training; manage behaviors, assist with personal care, document progress, and transport participants safely.

Provide job coaching and vocational services to individuals with disabilities: conduct career assessments, job readiness training, employer outreach, worksite assessments, on-site support, documentation, and case management while traveling within Deschutes County.
