Temporary 12-month Graphic Designer responsible for multi-platform brand and marketing design. Create illustrations, layouts and visual assets, translate data and messaging into clear visuals, manage multiple deadlines, ensure brand consistency, present work, and support junior designers while liaising with print suppliers and running file preflight.

Provide administrative and operational support for Group Sales: prepare proposals, process enrolments and transactions, maintain advisor and client records, collaborate with account executives and underwriting, resolve discrepancies, and participate in process improvements to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality advisor and client experiences.

Lead a strategic product portfolio and coach a team of Product Managers. Translate enterprise strategy into product priorities, guide investment and roadmap decisions, partner cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions, and advance product management practices, governance, and performance measurement.

Sell and promote travel insurance plans via inbound/outbound calls and online channels. Assess customer needs, build rapport, provide product knowledge, follow up leads, maintain excellent customer service, meet quarterly sales targets, complete LLQP licensing, and pass a criminal background check.

Senior IT leader responsible for shaping and executing enterprise cybersecurity strategy, leading cybersecurity teams, governance, incident response, risk management, compliance, budgeting, and executive reporting to improve resilience and reduce cyber risk.

Own and prioritize digital product backlogs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and optimize D2C and B2B digital experiences, use analytics to measure performance, support commercialization and GTM, ensure compliance and accessibility, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer journeys and business outcomes.

Lead end-to-end customer journey mapping and service blueprinting for priority services.
