Maintain and improve chilled food manufacturing and packaging equipment through planned and reactive maintenance. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, perform root cause analysis, support installations and commissioning, maintain CMMS records, and collaborate with production teams to maximise uptime, efficiency, safety, and reliability.

Supervise nightly machine operations and a small team to meet production and quality targets. Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, ensure health and safety compliance, maintain production records, and coordinate workflow with management.

Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of production areas, machinery, and equipment on a fixed backshift. Follow health and safety procedures, document hygiene checks, report hazards or maintenance needs, and support production team to maintain a hygienic packing environment.
