Pick and pack customer orders, prepare and label dispatches, load and unload delivery vehicles, conduct stock checks, and maintain an organized, clean, and safe dispatch area. The role requires accurate order fulfillment, physical handling of heavy items, teamwork, flexibility, and adherence to quality and safety standards while working a fixed backshift.

Supervise despatch operations on a rolling shift, coordinating team workload, load building, labeling, paperwork, delivery notes, and load plans. Liaise with supply chain, production teams, and external hauliers to ensure accurate and timely dispatches. Maintain departmental cleanliness and safety standards while supporting efficient warehouse operations. The role requires forklift certification, physical fitness, strong communication, and the ability to lead and organize a team.

Supervise daily machine operations in a busy potato packing facility, lead a small team, conduct inspections and preventative maintenance, ensure health and safety compliance, maintain production records, and coordinate workflow to meet quality and output targets.
