Lead nightshift chilled food production to meet safety, quality, OTIF and cost KPIs. Manage large teams, drive continuous improvement, ensure BRC/HACCP compliance, optimise labour, yield and waste, and collaborate with Technical, Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain teams.

Supervise daily machine operations in a busy potato packing facility, lead a small team, conduct inspections and preventative maintenance, ensure health and safety compliance, maintain production records, and coordinate workflow to meet quality and output targets.
