Provide patient-facing and laboratory support including answering phones, data entry, specimen processing, and phlebotomy (with training). Ensure accurate sample prep and friendly patient interactions to support timely, reliable diagnostic testing. On-the-job training available and clear progression through Level I–III.

Perform and validate high-complexity clinical laboratory testing across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis. Use the LIS to document results, run QC, maintain and calibrate instruments, notify clinicians of critical values, and help train and supervise junior staff.

Perform high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic exams in the operating room, ensuring radiation safety and patient-centered care. Document images in RIS/PACS, collaborate with radiologists, surgeons and nurses, mentor imaging students, assist with patient transport, equipment troubleshooting, and workflow improvements.
