Supports the Controller with telecom accounting operations, financial close, GAAP reporting, audits, SOX controls, regulatory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Oversees accounting for network infrastructure, IRUs, dark fiber, leases, capital projects, revenue, and telecom assets. Supervises accounting staff, reviews reconciliations and workpapers, supports control remediation, and partners with operational teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Directs telecommunications network infrastructure planning, engineering, design, records accuracy, and lifecycle stewardship. Owns Layer 1 outside and inside plant infrastructure, including fiber routes, ducts, conduits, facilities, DC power, racks, capacity, and records. Coordinates Layer 2 and Layer 3 planning with IP engineering and network architects, aligning physical infrastructure with routing, transport, resiliency, growth, capital, and service delivery priorities. Develops budgets, forecasts, business cases, and implementation-ready plans while resolving infrastructure constraints.

Administers and governs telecommunications product catalog systems, including product setup, pricing, packaging, service attributes, and availability rules. Translates business requirements into configurations, tests and deploys catalog changes, resolves data and system issues, and maintains documentation. Provides product performance reporting and analysis to support strategy and operational decisions. Partners with Product Managers, IT, Sales, Support, vendors, and other stakeholders on catalog platform implementation, testing, transformation, and ongoing support.

The Procurement Specialist manages sourcing and contracting for services, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and uses AI tools to enhance procurement processes.
