Plan and run company events, manage suppliers and office operations, coordinate onboarding, support employee engagement initiatives, and collaborate with People & Organisation to shape internal culture and storytelling.

The Solution Architect will engage with customers to design and implement scalable solutions, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and onboarding process.

Build and own end-to-end features for Financial Management products, shipping customer-visible software in a TypeScript/Python/Django stack, working with customers, prototyping, and integrating LLM/agent-driven AI capabilities while measuring impact.
