Responsibilities include managing HubSpot and the GTM toolstack, maintaining data models and automations, analyzing business performance, identifying process improvements, building AI agents and workflows, and coordinating cross-functional projects. The role requires collaboration with GTM stakeholders, strong end-to-end process thinking, hands-on execution, and daily proficiency in German and English.
