The Key Account Manager will handle strategic accounts, foster relationships, ensure client needs are met, manage onboarding, analyze reports, and support new customer acquisitions.

Build and maintain the mobile foundation using React Native and Expo. Design performant, localised, and delightful iOS/Android experiences, integrate data, enable global deployments, and improve member engagement through features, testing, and app-store releases.

Drive customer engagement and adoption of Alan’s health services through onboarding, product education, proactive outreach, and operational support. Collaborate with Key Account Managers and product teams to reduce churn, enable renewals and upsells, and surface customer feedback. Build processes, documentation, and the CSM playbook while scaling the Belgium CSM practice and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Work with business teams and C-level leaders to build and monitor Alan's business plan, financial models, and performance dashboards; drive high-impact initiatives (pricing, procurement, M&A explorations); support investor relations and financing; and build finance data tooling alongside Data and Finance Operations.

Manage strategic customer relationships to drive adoption, onboarding, and long-term loyalty. Lead complex onboarding and change management, deliver product education at scale, track adoption metrics, influence product roadmap with customer feedback, and contribute to CSM playbook and best practices.

Six-month internship supporting Alan's Brand team: build reusable international market-entry and product launch playbooks, design a global flagship event strategy, conduct research and benchmarking, partner with Product Marketing and the Creative Director, track Brand OKRs, and help translate high-level vision into actionable initiatives across launch, naming, positioning, and go-to-market sequencing.

Lead Alan's security governance, risk and compliance: own ISO 27001 ISMS; translate regulations (DORA, HDS, RGPD, NIS2) into controls; run EBIOS RM risk programme; manage audits, third-party risk, incident governance and automated evidence collection; partner with Legal, Internal Audit, Infrastructure and Engineering to embed security across the organization.

Lead and grow Alan's security team, define AI security posture and governance, manage ISMS and ISO 27001 certification, navigate multi-country health regulations, run risk cartography and vendor assessments, and align security with Product, Engineering, Legal, DPO, and Risk.

Lead 6–15 engineers across multiple crews, set technical direction, balance technical debt and features, establish quality and security standards, hire and develop talent, foster cross-team collaboration, align engineering with product strategy, improve development efficiency with modern tools (including AI-assisted tools), and remain hands-on in architecture and technical problem-solving.

Build and own data features, tooling, and infrastructure across analytics, engineering, and data science. Create insights, automate processes, and ship data-powered products using SQL, Python/R, Airflow, Snowflake, and Metabase while collaborating across teams to improve member health outcomes.

Own, run and evolve the Data Privacy Orchestrator that manages data retention, deletion, anonymization and pseudonymization. Build safe-by-default platform abstractions, self-serve tooling, docs and observability; operate production (deploys, alerting, on-call), align legal/security/product, and extend platform coverage across data stores and third parties as the company expands.

Provide teletherapy to Quebec members using evidence-based modalities (CBT, schema therapy, EMDR, ACT). Treat adults for stress, burnout, depression, trauma and low self-esteem. Must hold Quebec authorization to practice psychotherapy, have 5–7+ years' experience, carry CA$5M professional liability insurance, be comfortable with digital platforms, and be available at least 3 hours/week.

Lead Growth product strategy across Conversion and Growth Infrastructure. Drive AI-native acquisition, conversational experiences, and modular conversion flows. Improve experimentation velocity and instrumentation, manage and hire PMs, align cross-functional stakeholders, and scale self-serve growth for multi-country expansion.

Lead development of a proactive Sales AI assistant: define strategy and roadmap, work with designers, engineers and sales to build prompts and connectors, automate prospecting and offer generation, prioritize high-impact automation, and drive metrics like time saved and win rate.

Design and deliver member-centric healthcare products from vision to launch. Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to identify problems, prototype solutions, and ship high-quality UI. Evangelize design sensibility, contribute to the design system, mentor junior designers, and use research and testing (including AI tools) to iterate and maintain product quality.

Own the onboarding experience for large clients: run workshops, train HR/payroll admins on the dashboard, manage payroll integrations, employee affiliation, and billing setup. Act as the client-facing specialist, proactively resolve issues, drive cross-team improvements, and contribute to onboarding process and tool optimizations.

Support talent acquisition by sourcing and qualifying candidates, building activation campaigns, analyzing talent-pipeline quality with dashboards, collaborating with recruiters to improve processes, and running projects to industrialize talent-pooling strategies.

Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor and procurement processes, and workplace experience initiatives. Run events, internal communications, and CSR/RSE projects. Build scalable processes, documentation, and automations while collaborating with People, IT, Security, Finance and Legal. Participate in on-call office management and vendor performance monitoring.

As an Actuarial Specialist, you will design and price insurance offers, monitor risks, and support teams with insurance expertise while contributing to product strategies.

Own financial controlling for Alan's international entities: monthly P&L and balance sheet reviews, variance analysis, audit readiness, coordinate local accounting firms, ensure consistency with central reporting, write specs to drive automation, improve monthly reporting processes, partner with cross-functional teams, and help scale the controlling team.
