Own Alan’s security governance and risk program, including ISO 27001 and HDS certifications, regulatory compliance, risk treatment, control frameworks, incident governance, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Partner with Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, the DPO, and engineering teams to identify and mitigate security gaps. Present risks to senior leaders, automate compliance evidence collection, mentor a junior GRC engineer, and help scale governance across countries and regulators.

Supports Alan’s security governance, risk, and compliance program across ISO 27001, HDS, DORA, and GDPR. Responsibilities include managing audit evidence and corrective actions, translating regulations into team tasks, maintaining risk and controls frameworks, supporting incident and business continuity governance, and automating compliance processes with scripts, tools, or AI. The role collaborates with Legal, the DPO, Internal Audit, Risk, engineering, and operations teams.

Design and price health insurance products, monitor portfolio performance and risks, support strategic growth, manage regulatory relationships, and improve scalable insurance systems. The role applies actuarial, statistical, and insurance expertise to product development, pricing, compliance, reinsurance, and customer solutions across Belgium and broader international markets.
