Work with business teams and C-level leaders to build and monitor Alan's business plan, financial models, and performance dashboards; drive high-impact initiatives (pricing, procurement, M&A explorations); support investor relations and financing; and build finance data tooling alongside Data and Finance Operations.

Create scalable, social-native video formats and production workflows to grow brand reach. Edit short- and long-form content, repurpose assets across platforms, use data and AI tools to optimize performance, and collaborate with Brand, Social, Design, AI Ops, and local teams.

Drive customer engagement and adoption of Alan’s health services through onboarding, product education, proactive outreach, and operational support. Collaborate with Key Account Managers and product teams to reduce churn, enable renewals and upsells, and surface customer feedback. Build processes, documentation, and the CSM playbook while scaling the Belgium CSM practice and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
