Serve as the EMEA scientific expert for NULISA Custom Assays, providing hands-on application support, customer consultation, training, commercial enablement, partnership development, content creation, and product development input to drive adoption and inform product strategy.

Develop, scale, and sustain automated biological workflows on Alamar's ArgoHT and third-party liquid handlers. Partner cross-functionally to design, implement, and transfer automation processes, write and maintain automation code, run biological assays (NGS, PCR/qPCR, proteomics, immunoassays), and produce V&V, SOPs, and technical documentation for R&D and production.

Perform and oversee reagent and antibody processing including conjugation and lyophilization, batch record review, production scheduling, training, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, process transfers and validations, document control, and continuous improvement within ISO13485/cGMP manufacturing.
