Lead and execute technology transfer of RUO and clinical products from development to manufacturing. Plan and manage transfers, pilot manufacturing, IQ/OQ/PQ support, documentation, SOPs, electronic batch records, and cross-functional troubleshooting. Design, build, and run a global commercial training and enablement program for sales, field applications, and commercial teams. EMEA-focused inside sales role focused on net-new business for Alamar's ARGO HT and NULISA platforms. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, lead qualification, discovery conversations, CRM management, partnering with TAMs and channel partners, converting leads to opportunities, and meeting quarterly sales targets.

Lead regional marketing strategy and execution across traditional and digital channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue. Coordinate events and sales enablement, manage budget and ROI, build customer/partner relationships, develop digital assets, measure campaign performance, and report results to senior management.

Perform and oversee reagent and antibody processing including conjugation and lyophilization, batch record review, production scheduling, training, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, process transfers and validations, document control, and continuous improvement within ISO13485/cGMP manufacturing.

Execute laboratory experiments, analytical assays, QC testing, and product characterization to evaluate NULISA product performance. Support lyophilization development, reagent formulation, stability and reconstitution testing, V&V studies, and product transfer/NPI activities. Maintain lab records, equipment, inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while collaborating cross-functionally.

Build and maintain lakehouse ETL/ELT pipelines and data infrastructure (Delta/Unity Catalog). Design and ship AI-enabled automations and production AI agents (RAG, tool-calling, integrations). Write production Python and SQL, ensure observability, governance, and data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable business and R&D value.
