Lead and execute technology transfer of RUO and clinical products from development to manufacturing. Plan and manage transfers, pilot manufacturing, IQ/OQ/PQ support, documentation, SOPs, electronic batch records, and cross-functional troubleshooting. Serve as technical authority, mentor manufacturing/QC staff, and drive continuous improvement to ensure GMP/ISO compliance, product quality, cost targets, and on-time commercialization.

Perform QC analytical and functional testing across raw materials, in-process, finished goods, and stability. Analyze data, review records, prepare QC standards/samples, lead investigations and nonconformance resolution, drive SOPs/validations, support method transfer and assay troubleshooting, and train junior analysts in an ISO 13485/GMP environment.

Design, execute, optimize, and analyze NULISA immunoassays across biological matrices. Troubleshoot experiments, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to deliver Technology Access Program projects on schedule.
