Provides scientific and technical support for Alamar’s automated proteomic analysis instruments across EMEA. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and complaints, documenting cases in the CRM, tracking support metrics, demonstrating platforms, developing knowledgebase and training materials, improving support processes, collaborating with R&D, and supporting CRM integrations with ERP and marketing automation systems.

Develop and execute the EMEA territory sales strategy for Alamar’s precision proteomics technology. Build relationships with academic, biotech, pharmaceutical, and government customers; deliver technical presentations; manage complex sales cycles, prospecting, CRM updates, forecasting, and account plans; and communicate customer needs internally to support product development and commercial expansion.

Owns the company’s quarterly and annual income tax provision, including ASC 740 reporting, deferred taxes, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions. Oversees federal, state, local, and international tax compliance; manages external advisors; leads tax planning, audits, disclosures, and SOX-compliant tax controls. Partners with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, HR, and Operations on tax matters, supports public-company filings, and advises on M&A, financing, equity, and international tax strategies.
