Responsible for follow-up on patient accounts and insurance claims to ensure timely payment. Performs audits, responds to EOBs and insurer requests, manages denials, prepares appeals and write-off requests, reconciles refunds, resolves patient billing inquiries, and maintains compliance with medical billing regulations.

Greet patients and visitors, register new patients, collect and verify insurance and ID, update demographics, prepare patient charts and schedules, collect co-pays, maintain lobby, handle correspondence, and support front office functions while protecting patient confidentiality.
