Provide day-to-day HR operational support for mobile imaging and oncology teams: employee relations intake, policy guidance, performance support, HRIS data maintenance, benefits/payroll coordination, and manager coaching across multiple states.

Oversee a remote ER team, ensure 50-state employment law compliance, conduct high-risk investigations, advise executives and legal counsel, develop policies and trainings, mitigate ER risk, support restructurings, and guide complex performance management and disciplinary processes.

Manage day-to-day procurement activities including issuing and tracking POs, sourcing routine goods/services, resolving invoice discrepancies, maintaining vendor and purchasing records, supporting contract review and negotiations for routine/mid-tier agreements, and serving as Workday power user for P2P data integrity, configuration, testing, and end-user support.

Lead and coach a regional physician sales team in South Florida to drive same-store growth and scan volume. Develop territory plans, monitor KPIs (order volume, Salesforce productivity), hire and develop talent, collaborate with Operations and VP of Physician Sales, deliver training and present regional performance to leadership. Frequent in-person client meetings and up to 50% travel required.

Support month-end close by preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, investigating discrepancies, and producing accounting reports. Coordinate with internal departments and external accountants, assist with audits, and perform ad-hoc analyses and special projects.
