The role also involves community outreach, educational events, operational coordination, account reviews, expense management, and frequent field travel.

Manages full-life-cycle deployment of mobile imaging units across healthcare sites, from site assessment and planning through operational startup. Coordinates internal teams, vendors, site readiness, installations, regulatory compliance, budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Tracks project performance, facilitates audits and readiness assessments, supports client-site execution, and drives continuous improvement through standardized processes, lessons learned, and deployment metrics.

Develops healthcare oncology sales territories to increase patient referrals and starts. Analyzes physician referral patterns, creates account marketing plans, cultivates strategic referrer relationships, identifies new referral channels, forecasts volume, and executes educational outreach. Partners with sales, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to achieve growth targets, address service issues, and preserve existing volume. The role requires extensive local travel throughout the assigned territory.

Leads talent acquisition programs including MSP and contingent workforce management, campus recruiting, university relationships, clinical student conversion, and talent pipeline development. Oversees suppliers, requisitions, performance metrics, recruiting dashboards, and continuous process improvement. Partners with Clinical Delivery, hiring managers, Procurement, HR, academic institutions, and staffing providers to strengthen hiring outcomes. Supports employer branding, referrals, tuition reimbursement, and other talent initiatives.

Build and maintain physician relationships to grow referrals and scan volume (MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography) across an assigned Tampa territory. Analyze referral patterns, develop territory and customer-level marketing plans, prospect new referrers, coordinate with operations, manage expenses, and participate in territory business reviews and outreach events.

Build and maintain interfaces, transformations, and HealthShare/IRIS engines; manage DICOM, HL7, FHIR, CCD/CDA, JSON/XML workflows; implement deployment automation; document specs and test plans; architect integrations between RIS, PACS, and EHRs while supporting patient identity/MPI management and compliance.

Build and maintain enterprise data platform and ETL/ELT pipelines, design and deploy data models, ensure data quality and governance, integrate third-party sources, and support analytics and AI initiatives across the organization.
