Leads daily operations for outpatient radiology and oncology sites, including staffing, hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, compliance, quality programs, inventory, billing coordination, equipment service, patient satisfaction, and performance improvement. Builds referral relationships and supports volume growth, cost control, and revenue goals. Requires healthcare leadership experience, analytics skills, and local travel.

Leads quality improvement, auditing, accreditation readiness, infection control, and regulatory compliance across imaging centers and healthcare operations. Analyzes quality metrics, manages improvement projects, tracks milestones, conducts site assessments, supports Joint Commission readiness, educates staff on standards, and applies OSHA, FMEA, and continuous quality improvement principles. Requires healthcare operations management experience and expertise in diagnostic imaging quality practices, particularly cardiac CT angiography workflows.

Provides clinical physics support for radiation oncology, including equipment calibration, quality assurance, treatment planning and dose calculation review, brachytherapy safety, acceptance testing, error prevention, and staff training. Requires a master’s degree, therapeutic radiological physics certification, and clinical experience with linacs, treatment planning systems, IMRT, sealed isotope therapy, radiation safety, and physics documentation. Up to 50% local travel may be required.
