You'll drive technical discovery, deliver presentations, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop tools to enhance customer experience.

The Director of Demand Generation will build demand for a developer-focused product, leading strategies across funnels, collaborating with teams, and optimizing pipeline and revenue growth.

The Senior Backend Engineer will develop and enhance Akuity's SaaS platform using Go, focusing on scalability and developer experience. Responsibilities include building tools, mentoring, and collaborating on product development.

Manage the growth and engagement of Open Source communities for Argo CD and Kargo. Execute community strategies and coordinates events while collaborating with engineering and marketing teams.

Manage day-to-day engineering operations: plan and track development cycles, run kickoffs and retrospectives, maintain GitHub projects, triage bugs and customer requests, unblock engineers, run 1:1s, support hiring and onboarding, and ensure follow-through on priorities and delivery.
