Lead and build Akuity's product marketing function: define messaging and positioning, run product launches and competitive intelligence, create enablement content and proof systems, partner with leadership and sales, hire and develop a product marketing team, and measure impact on pipeline and win rates.

Work with prospects and customers to understand technical needs, deliver tailored demos, proofs-of-concept, and solution architectures for Akuity's GitOps platform. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope implementations, collect requirements, and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the buying lifecycle.

Provide technical support to open-source and enterprise customers across channels; troubleshoot Kubernetes and Argo issues; escalate to engineering; improve documentation, support playbooks, and scalable processes; develop deep expertise in GitOps and Akuity’s offerings.

Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and advocacy. Act as trusted advisor, lead executive reviews, define success metrics, accelerate time-to-value, and advocate customer needs across product, engineering, marketing, and support.

Manage the growth and engagement of Open Source communities for Argo CD and Kargo. Execute community strategies and coordinates events while collaborating with engineering and marketing teams.

Drive net-new and expansion enterprise SaaS sales across EMEA for Akuity's GitOps platform. Build territory plans, generate pipeline via outbound, qualify using MEDDPICC, map technical needs to business outcomes, run consultative sales cycles (3-6 months), manage opportunities in HubSpot, engage customers and engineering for adoption and feature feedback, and attend periodic customer events.

The Senior Backend Engineer will develop and enhance Akuity's SaaS platform using Go, focusing on scalability and developer experience. Responsibilities include building tools, mentoring, and collaborating on product development.
